About stamped concrete
Stamped concrete is poured, coloured and then imprinted with texture mats while it’s still workable. The result reads as natural stone or tile, but it’s one continuous slab.
We choose the pattern, base colour and release colour together so the finished surface looks layered and natural rather than flat and printed.
Best for: patios, pool surrounds, driveways and entries where you want the look of stone at a slab’s cost.

Timing, care and good-to-knows
Typical timeline
Most residential jobs are poured over one to two days. Light foot traffic after roughly 24–48 hours; vehicles after about a week, depending on the weather.
Care & maintenance
Stamped concrete is usually resealed every two to three years, depending on sun and traffic. Sweep and hose — no harsh acids.
Good to know
Any sealed surface can be slippery when wet, so we add a slip-resistant additive for pool surrounds and sloped areas.
Common questions
Will it look fake?
Good stamped work relies on layered colour, varied texture depth and pattern lines placed with care. Seeing samples and finished examples first helps set expectations.
Does it crack?
All concrete can crack. Relief joints are placed along pattern lines so any movement stays hidden.
Can it be done over an existing slab?
Sometimes — a sound slab can be resurfaced with a stamped overlay. We’ll assess it first.
